Calogero Giacomo Gaetani - Lawyer

After taking his school-leaving certificate, he graduated in law from Palermo University.
He did his professional internship in Palermo, in the offices of the lawyer Antonino Varvaro, one of Sicily's most prestigious, esteemed criminal lawyers at the time.
He practised as a free lance criminal lawyer for about twenty years and then widened his legal knowledge and professional experience in the civil sector.
For over fifteen years, he also furthered his knowledge of commercial and bankruptcy law and was appointed as official receiver and official liquidator in several bankruptcy proceedings and, for the Courts of Agrigento and Monza,  attorney in civil proceedings concerning bankruptcies and/or bankruptcy trials.
He currently handles the more common legal and out-of-court problems for several medium-sized companies and supervises the drafting of the litigation deeds of office colleagues and collaborators.

Alessandro Gaetani - Lawyer

 After taking his school-leaving certificate, he graduated in law from Milan State University in 1992, with a thesis on civil trial law. On passing his professional qualification exam with Milan Court of Appeals, he registered with the Monza Register of lawyers in 1996.

Besides working as a free lance lawyer, he has acquired considerable experience as an arbiter on the boards of arbitration for both formal and informal arbitration proceedings.
